Comment:
The increase in resolution is insignificant,
but in everything else, this sensor is a huge step forward compared to its
predecessor in the 5D Mark II. Color range is still a weakness, but the
combination of good image quality across a wide ISO range, high resolution and
reasonably fast readout speed makes the 5D Mark III a great allround camera and
a worthy recipient of our #1 Travel Camera Badge.
